UPDATE: New York State updates its running total of confirmed COVID-19 cases each day. Deaths have been reported in Orange (1,091), Ulster (361) and Sullivan (127) counties, among several others. As of February 3, at 4 p.m., the state health department and select local counties have reported a total of 4,816,224 positive cases (out of a total of 97,431,013 tested).
