Request For Proposals (RFP) for Legal Counsel for Mamakating Zoning Board of Appeals

The Town of Mamakating is requesting proposals from qualified attorneys and law firms to provide legal counsel services to the Town Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The selected legal counsel will be expected to provide the following services:
- General legal advice and representation on all relevant matters.
- Attendance at Board meetings.
- Draft and revise resolutions and other legal documents.
- Advise on compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Represent the ZBA in litigation and administrative proceedings.

Interested attorneys or law firms are requested to submit:
1. A cover letter expressing the attorney's or firm's interest in providing legal services to the Town of Mamakating ZBA.
2. The names and relevant education, credentials, qualifications and experience of the attorney(s) who would directly provide the services and be the ZBA's direct
contact person.
3. The names and relevant education, credentials, qualifications and experience of all other attorneys who may be involved in the provision of legal services.
4. At least two (2) professional references from current or recent previous clients engaging in similar services sought by the ZBA.
5. Fee proposal.
