In the Know with Nadine is a weekly community talk show hosted by local media personality Nadine Ferraro. Today's show features Gina Carbonari, Executive Director of the Ulster County SPCA and Bob Siracusano of Sawyer Motors and co-host of the 27th annual Fur Ball.

In the videocast, Bob and Gina speak about this year's Fur Ball, coming up this Sunday, August 30 at 4 p.m. at the Red Maple Vineyards. Tickets to the gala, which is the UCSPCA's biggest fundraising event of the year, are $140 per person and give them food, bar access and the ability to participant in their silent auction and dozens of raffles. Gina will also, of course, bring adoptable dogs to the event, with an extra special K9 coming to tell everyone his tale. The fundraising gala goes directly to benefit the overwhelmed animal shelter, which is currently overcapacity, with "every inch of the place being used." Gina spoke about upcoming plans for the organization, which include a brand new facility in the works.
